The Sanctuary at Loyterton Farm is a beautiful setting in the Kent countryside featuring a historic 16th-century house and stunning gardens. What makes it truly special is the freedom it offers—you have the private venue for the entire day with absolutely no time constraints. It’s the perfect place to hold a service, enjoy a wonderful buffet, and truly celebrate life.

Incredible venue, amazing team, highly recommend. My recent party event in the house and grounds of the beautiful Loyterton Farmhouse, was a wonderful experience and one that i can highly recommend. Elisha and her team worked so hard to support preparations for my big event. I was able to enjoy the house and grounds with my family staying on site, and having a marquee in the grounds worked perfectly. The venue is big news for locals in East Kent seeing an event or party site. It was so much more personal and far more beautiful than a hotel or corporate booking. We had an absolutely fantastic time and will be returning.
